The Alliance Network meeting is today, 2pm at Deception Bay Neighbourhood Centre. Download May's Minutes from the Home page and the draft Agenda here. The guest speaker is Katherine Morris, Social Worker/Drug and Alcohol worker, Queensland Health, North Lakes Precinct. Katherine will talk about the effects of drug and alcohol abuse on parenting and families; How to identify drug behaviours, Risk and protective factors as well as some services to refer clients to.
Current Alliance Members include; The Deception Bay Baptist Church, Deception Bay Neighbourhood Centre, RAI Service, Playgroup QLD, CHABSS, The Smith Family, Save The Children, Red Cross, Kidfit, BoysTown, EYC.

SPECTRA WORKS is a human service program funded by the Department of Employment and Economic Development and Innovation Queensland to assist people in their journey towards employment.
