The Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Child & Family Network Project
The Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Child & Family Networker helps families gain the confidence they need to access community and child and family services in Deception Bay. Through the support of the networker, existing funded services are able for the first time to provide appropriate child and family support to Indigenous families. More babies and children are now accessing services such as vaccination clinics, early childhood education, hearing and speech pathology screening and cultural activities during this critical stage of childrens development.
