The Alliance Network meeting is today, 1pm at Deception Bay Neighbourhood Centre. Download July's Minutes.
Today's meeting will commence with a discussion with Lynda Warburton from Murriajabree about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture protocols, a topic we wish to devote to fuller discussion at another time.
We also have staff from six agencies to speak about family separation. There will be time for questions and discussion. The agencies presenting include; Lifeline Bright Futures and Post Separation Co-operative Parenting Program, Humpybong Place Children's Contact Centre, Peninsula Legal Service, Centacare Brisbane FRC, Strathpine FRC and Family Law Pathways.

Immunisation
Every third Tuesday in the Month an Immunisation Clinic is provided free of charge from 9.30am - 10.30am at the Neighbourhood Centre, 24 Endeavour St. Deception Bay.
Bus shopping run
This service is available to parents with very young children and people who are not located on or close to bus routes. Please phone 3204 2022 for more information.

SPECTRA WORKS
SPECTRA WORKS is a human service program funded by the Department of Employment and Economic Development and Innovation Queensland to assist people in their journey towards employment. The SPECTRA team will provide a case management model. Referrals can be faxed 3204 2858 or emailed to the coordinator at spectra@dbnc.org.au
